Seaworld 60th Anniversary

Giveaway Contest Rules:

Phase 1: Submission Period: April 26th until May 10th , 2024

1. Contest Announcement and Launch:
- During Weeks 1-2, the contest will be officially announced and launched across various social media platforms and through website announcements.
- Participants are invited to submit their photos showcasing how they celebrate their 60th birthday or anniversary.

2. Submission Guidelines:
- Participants must submit their entries within the designated submission period.
- Entries should be original photos showcasing celebrations related to either a 60th birthday or anniversary.
- Multiple submissions per participant are allowed, but each submission must be unique.

3. Review and Selection: May 13th – May 17th, 2024
- During Week 3, all submissions will be reviewed by the contest organizers.
- Entries will be evaluated based on creativity, relevance to the theme, and adherence to the submission guidelines.
- The top three entries will be selected as finalists for the voting phase.

Phase 2: Voting Period: May 20th – May 27th, 2024

4. Voting Round 1:
- The top three finalists will be announced on the contest website.
- The public will be invited to vote for their favorite entry among the finalists.
- To vote, participants must submit their email address and required information. This information will be collected for database purposes.

5. Final Count and Winner Announcement: Winner Announcement May 30th
- The votes for each finalist will be counted.
- The entry with the highest total number of votes will be declared the winner.
- The winner will be announced on the contest website and through social media channels.

Prize Distribution
6. Winner Notification and Coordination:
- After the winner is announced, the contest organizers will contact the winner via email or other provided contact information.
- The winner will be informed of their prize and provided with details for claiming it.
- Coordination will include arranging the winner's 2-night stay for 4, SeaWorld Orlando tickets, daily breakfast, and complimentary resort fee + parking.

7. Prize Claim:
- The winner must respond to the notification within a specified timeframe (3 days after May 30th) to claim their prize.
- Failure to respond within the given timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Prize Terms and Conditions:
- The prize package is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- The winner must abide by any terms and conditions set forth by the prize providers, including booking reservations for accommodations and activities.
