How do I book a reservation and what’s required?

A credit card guarantee is required for all reservations, plus a one-night deposit during peak season or for certain promotional rates. Rates are subject to 12.5% tax and a mandatory $25 per night resort fee (plus tax, subject to change) which includes:

  • Scheduled shuttle service to major theme parks (SeaWorld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove, Walt Disney World, Magic Kingdom, Epic Universe, Universal Studios)
  • Two bottles of water daily
  • Two I-Drive Trolley tickets per day
  • Two rounds of mini golf
  • 15% off gift shop purchases

Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Room type and special requests can be made at booking but aren’t guaranteed—though we’ll make every effort to accommodate them.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Early departures may also incur extra charges, depending on your rate.

Are there any age restrictions for check-in?

Yes. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in. A parent or legal guardian must be present and staying in the room for guests under 18. Valid photo ID is required at check-in.

Is parking available?

Yes. Self-parking is available in our secure, gated lots for $38 plus tax per day. Oversized vehicles and motorcoaches can be accommodated when space allows, just call ahead for availability and pricing.

What is your cancellation policy?

A deposit equal to one night’s room rate, fees, and 12.5% tax is required at booking. Cancel at least 72 hours before arrival (check-in at 3 p.m.) for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are charged one night’s room and tax. Advance purchase bookings are non-refundable.

Do you have ADA-accessible rooms?

Our property complies with all local and federal ADA requirements and accessible rooms may be confirmed based on availability. Please contact our Reservations Department directly to review accessible sleeping room options.

Where is the UPS Store and how much does it cost to ship?

Located in our Main Lobby, the UPS Store handles all your shipping and business needs, including Amazon drop-offs and prepaid packages. Open Mon–Fri 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. and Sat–Sun 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Amazon Drop-Off: $5–$25
Additional $35 handling fee for Pelican cases, oversized items, or non-corrugate packaging.
Packages not picked up within 21 days are returned to sender. Storage fees apply after 5 days ($5/day under 25 lbs, $10/day over 25 lbs).

Do you allow pets?

Yes. We welcome dogs up to 70 lbs in designated pet-friendly rooms. A $50 non-refundable fee applies per stay.

Is smoking allowed?

No. We’re a 100% non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Are laundry services available?

Yes. We offer 24/7 self-service laundry facilities located next to the Family Fun Pool. Washers and dryers accept credit cards, no quarters needed.

Is the resort near shopping?

Yes. We’re just minutes from some of Orlando’s best shopping destinations, including the Orlando Premium Outlets, Orlando Vineland Outlets, and The Florida Mall.

How far is the hotel from the airport?

Our property is located just a short 10.9 miles from Orlando International Airport, about a 15-minute drive down the Florida Turnpike.

Is transportation provided to theme parks?

Yes! We offer free scheduled transportation to Orlando’s top theme parks: SeaWorld, Universal Studios (including the brand-new Epic Universe), and Disney World.

Will DoubleTree Orlando at SeaWorld resort and restaurants accept cash?

Beginning September 1, 2025, the resort and all on-site restaurants and outlets at DoubleTree Orlando at SeaWorld will operate cashless. Guests may pay using major credit and debit cards, along with mobile payment options.
